By downloading, installing and using the Brusvib application, all users fully confirm to accept and abide by all clauses stipulated in this agreement. Brusvib is a local AI art portrait creation tool, and all service operations and data processing behaviors of the application are completed based on local device running.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data of users. This basic service rule is the core premise of all user rights and obligations under this agreement and applies to all service scenarios of Brusvib.
Brusvib provides users with local AI art portrait creation services, covering local image to image conversion, local image to video generation, classic art style template rendering, fine artistic parameter adjustment, multi-style proportional blending and dynamic frame anti-distortion adaptation functions. All AI calculation and content generation procedures are completed through local device algorithms without external data transmission. The application does not collect any facial data of users during the provision of all core services.
Brusvib adopts a no account login usage mode. Users can directly open the application and use all basic and advanced functions without registering or logging in any personal account. All user use records and creation data are only retained on the user's local device. The application does not collect any facial data of users, and no personal identity information or facial feature information will be acquired in the whole service process.
Brusvib provides optional premium subscription services for users. Subscribed users can unlock all art genre templates, 4K ultra-clear export functions and all advanced fine tuning parameters. The activation and use of subscription services only generate local service identification records on the user's device. The application does not collect any facial data of users in the subscription service link, and all subscription use data are only stored locally.
Users shall use Brusvib services in a standardized and proper manner, and shall not use the local AI creation functions of the application to produce, process or disseminate any inappropriate, inappropriate, offensive or unethical content. Users shall bear full responsibility for all portrait materials uploaded and art works generated by themselves. The application does not collect any facial data of users, and all content creation behaviors are independently controlled and responsible by users.
Users have full independent management rights over all local data generated during the use of Brusvib, including uploaded portrait materials, custom parameter settings, generated static art images and dynamic art clips. Users can actively view, modify and delete all local data at any time. After the user actively deletes the local data, all corresponding content will be completely erased from the device. The application does not collect any facial data of users and does not retain any user local data passively.
Users shall not crack, modify, reverse engineer or tamper with the local program code and algorithm mechanism of Brusvib. Users shall not use plug-ins, auxiliary tools or other external means to interfere with the normal local operation of the application. Any abnormal use behavior that damages the application function system shall be at the user's own risk. The application does not collect any facial data of users in the function supervision and detection process.
All intellectual property rights of Brusvib including but not limited to application program code, interface design, art template resources, local AI algorithm framework and functional innovation functions are exclusively owned by the application. Users only obtain the personal non-commercial right to use the application during the usage period, and do not obtain any intellectual property ownership. The application does not collect any facial data of users in the process of intellectual property protection and right supervision.
All art works independently created by users through Brusvib's local functions are owned by the users themselves. Users can freely save local works and share works to global social platforms. The application does not collect any facial data of users, and will not obtain, use or disseminate user's original creation works in any form.
Brusvib reserves the right to optimize, update and adjust local functional modules according to product iteration needs. The application may carry out local function maintenance and upgrade at any time, which may cause temporary unavailability of individual functions. Users agree to accept reasonable service adjustment and maintenance arrangements. The application does not collect any facial data of users during service update and maintenance.
If users violate the usage rules stipulated in this agreement, Brusvib reserves the right to restrict or terminate the user's use of part or all of the application functions. All restriction operations only take effect on the user's local device, and no user data or facial information will be acquired in the process.
All functions of Brusvib operate based on local device hardware and system environment. The application does not guarantee that all functions can be normally used under all device system versions and hardware conditions. Brusvib shall not be responsible for function failure caused by user device environment problems. The application does not collect any facial data of users in the fault detection and problem processing process.
Brusvib shall not be liable for any loss caused by user's independent data deletion, incorrect parameter adjustment and unauthorized content sharing behaviors. All user operation behaviors and their consequences are independently borne by users. The application does not collect any facial data of users and does not bear relevant joint responsibilities.
Brusvib reserves the right to update and revise the content of this user agreement according to product operation and function iteration needs. The updated agreement content will be displayed inside the application. Users' continued use of the application functions after the agreement update is deemed as recognition and acceptance of the new agreement clauses. The application does not collect any facial data of users in the agreement update and notification process.
